Is it alright to use a coffee filter in the bottom on my plant to keep dirt from falling out?
I have some indoor plants with drain holes on the bottom. In an attempt to keep the soil from leaking out I want to use a coffee filter as a liner. I have read on garden sites that it is a good idea, but I am worried about them molding.
Do you think that would be a problem?
Yep, you can use coffee filters, its a good way to prevent moisture and soil loss in some of those newer pots with large drainage holes.
